Friend in Hospital

The privacy rules make it difficult to even know I have a friend in the hospital so I can visit them while I'm here volunteering. I guess they think if I'm that good a friend, I'd know I had a friend in the hospital. But really, when people go to the hospital, they don't always start the phone tree.
