Dinig Room...Not a Holiday

The bouquet is basil. I thought it would make the room fragrant, but it didn't.
The purse is almost forty years old. Larry made it and I painted it. I got the handle repaired a year or so ago because it was starting to tear. The Amish saddle maker did an excellent repair job.

Butterfly with Bee Balm

I told the woman at the nursery I wanted perennial plants that bees and butterflies would like. She obliged me and I came home and planted them. I didn't pay much attention to what the stuff was, but this is very enthusiastic and makes distinctive blooms so I looked it up in my herb book. Bee balm. Hummingbirds like it, too.
