Snow Cream

Snow, half and half, vanilla, and Splenda made my snow cream this morning. It snowed until after dark yesterday. But this morning the snow was still thick and powdery enough. Low carb treat every few years happens.
I also had poppers today. Six jalapeƱo peppers, halved with the veins and seeds removed, filled with a large package of cream cheese mixed with bacon bits and topped with shredded cheddar made four servings.
