After cooking a pork roast overnight in the slow cooker, I let it cool completely. Then I used part to make barbeque. Equal parts ketsup and Worcester sauce makes a great barbeque sauce, but I had to add some barbecue sauce from a bottle because I'd guessed wrong on amount and the meat wouldn't have been coated. Then I put it in the oven while i used the rest of the pork to make sweet and sour pork. So the refrigerator has food ready to warm up and eat for the next few days.
