Procrastination

I started trying to conquer my enjoyment of procrastination years ago professionally. I realized that the adrenaline rush I got doing things at the last minute wasn’t enough to compensate for the horror of realizing that the last minute wasn’t available for work. But personally deadlines are more fluid. I only stopped procrastinating personally when I noticed that the aggravation I felt at the undone chore lasted longer than it took to do the chore. So I timed how long it took me to clean the bathroom and found it didn’t take long at all. So gradually I eliminated procrastination from my personal life, too.
