Peppers

My iPod died so while I was preparing peppers for the freezer, I sat tethered to my laptop listening to an audible book.  It wasn't awful, but I guess I'll have to get another one. I ended up with two quarts of diced peppers, mixed hot and sweet. I went through three pairs of disposable gloves while doing the peppers.
