Today the rump roast turned into a stew. Low-Carb thickener kept it from being too thin. I cooked mushrooms in a little butter and added them to the stew. I put three stalks of celery and three carrots in a pot of water so the whole thing wouldn't turn brown. Then I wilted a bag of baby spinach leaves in the pot of water. I added the vegetables and water to the stew next and made sure it was still thick enough. Now I have healthy stew for the next few days.
