I think a new diet idea would be to just make and buy food I hate. I have done that by accident before, and I'm able to leave the table hungry because I just can't choke down another bite. If I just decided to do that on purpose, I'm pretty sure to lose weight. It would still be low carb because I couldn't order high carb stuff because I like it.
I sort of do that when I cook a bunch of food for the week. By the end of the week the portion sizes are smaller because I'm so tired of whatever it is I'm eating for the 6th day. :)
