Low-Carb Cheese Toast

I'm tired of almost everything that is low-carb breakfast. This is made from low-carb bread (6 grams of carbohydrates per slice) and mozzarella shredded cheese. I put it in my toaster over for six minutes and find something to do while it cooks...tidy the kitchen, fix my coffee, empty the dishwasher, etc.
