Worm Tubes

This idea isn't mine, but I can steal ideas with the best. I plan to cut pvc pipe into one-foot lengths and sink them into my tires (Thanks, Leigh!). Then I'll dump compost into the pipes and water. That should encourage earthworms and water deeper into the soil. If I can figure out how to make holes, I'll put holes around the sides of the part in the soil. I've spent a couple of days so far looking for a hack saw. I thought I had one for the gourds. Maybe I'll ask Larry if I can use his.
