All the roses had bloomed and were ready for fertilizer and Epsom salts. Rain was predicted for today so I put the fertilizer and Epsom salts out yesterday. Usually I have to put the stuff out and then spend the rest of the day watering it in.
I saw a hummingbird perched and scratching itself today. I'd never seen a bird scratch itself. It was like a dog scratching, but really, really fast. I wonder what makes a hummingbird itch.
