We had a lot of rain and so everything is full of weeds...the garden and flower beds. Today it was dry enough that I could work on the weeds without bogging down. It's not my favorite pastime, but it's not necessary to do all of it at once.
Our butterfly bush is blooming, and the blooms are purple. One of the nasturtiums is open...and the bloom is red. The cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes are just starting to put on buds. The squash plants are blooming and have little squashes. The cabbages look awful. Something ate most of the leaves.
