The tab that came with the little plants said the cabbages would grow to between 5 and 7 pounds. This one is nine pounds:)
It is dense and full of water instead of dry. Larry was even more enthusiastic than I. He made me listen when he cut it so I could hear it make that splitting sound like a ripe watermelon does.
We made slaw out of half of it and cooked cabbage out of the other half. Fiber:)
