Another half gallon of cut up pepper went in the freezer today.  I mixed hot banana pepper with the bell peppers.
I made a crustless spinach quiche today.  I didn't have twelve ounces of shredded cheddar so I was going to use Parmesan but it had molded so I used shredded mozzarella to supplement the shredded cheddar.  It   turned out just fine.
