I've tried to pay attention to which audible books make me smile. That way, I can listen to one of those when I'm trying to get to sleep. I don't know that it helps a lot, but I'm not hating being awake when I'm trying to get to sleep. I listened to a self-hypnosis sleep tape for a long time. It was helpful, but it didn't do anything magic and quick. So now I just put a peaceful story on to listen to.
