Not Eggplant

I put four tins of my eggplant stuff in the freezer but ran out of eggplant before I ran out of sauce and cheese. So today I cooked a box of high-fiber noodles and layered it all. The mozzarella and Parmesan cheese got very brown because I set the oven timer for the brownies I cooked at the same time. Larry said my concoction was good. I'm glad because I have more:)
