Six more quarts of tomatoes joined the others in the pantry. This isn't all that tricky although I've been told by one woman that every time she cans tomatoes, they sour. I asked where she got her recipe, and she said from her mom. I think she just didn't want to can tomatoes, because a working recipe isn't a closely-held secret.
