Today I went to the doctor for the consultation following my lab work. Everything was good. My blood pressure was good. He said my feet are perfect, circulation is wonderful, everything was good.
So why was it depressing? He went on and on about how I should be taking statins. He is firmly convinced he's right. So all afternoon I've been trying to concentrate on all the good stuff from my lab report and not the mental image he gave me of stroke, nursing home, somebody else wiping my backside. Thanks, Doc.
