I'm having to start a new cleaning lady. She's young but has other cleaning jobs. It is always tricky getting a new person settled. I've had her twice now. The first time she did half of what I wanted done. The second time she did the other half. I guess I'm going to give her another chance...and make a list instead of just telling her.
I'm spending time cleaning what she didn't do. I had enough money to pay her however long she had to work to finish. The problem is I get tired of telling her what to do next and just take her home and finish myself. Maybe a list will help. I shouldn't have to tell her to go through the rooms and put things back where they go.
