I decided to brown the rest of the ground chuck with onions and peppers. I also cooked some of the Dreamfields pasta I already had stockpiled before I found out it doesn't have blocked carbs in spite of the claims of several years. I put some frozen broccoli in the ground chuck mixture and then added the penne pasta.
I topped it with the salsa I had left from the other day, added a bit of olive oil to the salsa, and enjoyed my lunch. I will have enough for tomorrow, too:)
