I picked peppers today. Then I decided if I split one of the medium-hot ones (tiburon), and filled it with cream cheese, it would be a decent snack. I usually make poppers out of them, but I didn't want a big production because I had washed the storm doors and the exterior walls around the doors and just wanted something easy to eat. I was a little worried that the peppers might be too hot to eat raw, but they were good. Not as fancy or as good as poppers, but easy and on my diet:)
