This was originally my rose strip. I haven't been very successful keeping my hybrid tea roses alive. So I've gradually stuck a few other things in, just to fill in spaces. I still have a few hybrid tea roses, and I've decided that until I manage to get the ones I have left to thrive, I'm not buying more.
The new growth on these roses is encouraging. I've put lime and fertilizer out and am watering every other day.
This crepe myrtle is at the east end of the rose strip. I rooted it several years ago and it is doing great. I like crepe myrtles; I just wished I liked them better than hybrid tea roses!
