Vitamins and Snack

I put my three vitamins in the condiment dish I use for my snack. I crunched through the roasted, salted, almonds and noticed I'd eaten one of the vitamins without noticing! I'm supposed to take the vitamins with food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack work fine. I don't necessarily eat all those meals, but I am trying.
