We've only put up about five quarts of creamed corn, so far. That is five more than I thought we needed. It isn't on our diet so it seems like a lot of trouble to go to.
We haven't put any up in a couple of years and I can't find our corn cutter so I've been having to cut it off with a knife. It takes longer, but not as long as looking for the corn cutter!
