Movement

I'm not positive that walking is much exercise as slowly as I do it, but at least it is movement. Today I added more movement...a small, light ball that bounces. So my arms are getting a little movement, too, as well as my torso.

  1. You're putting the fitbit in the ball and bouncing it off a wall, catching it and bouncing it some more aren't you? Ingenious!
