Yesterday we had our lab work done. We got the results today. I'm always very interested in the results because I'm trying to control type 2 diabetes and cholesterol with diet. My numbers for those were in the normal range. For the A1c it was the first time it has been in the normal range since 2004. I've been gradually getting the number closer to "normal" a tenth of a point at a time. Sometimes it went down a little, sometimes it stayed the same. This time it went down four tenths of a point and put it within the normal range.
It is difficult to stay on a diet year after year. I'm pretty excited with my new numbers.
