Securing Plants for Cold Weather

I started putting plants in the greenhouse in September last year.  I guess I'd better get started.  I am not going to try to keep as many angelwing begonias this year.  I don't want to give up on saving them, but I don't want as many.  I think I want petunias, sweet allysum, and dichondra next year.
