These are peppers I have planted for the last several years. They are wonderful for poppers and grew well in my tire garden this year. I use them fresh and freeze them in halves spread out on a cookie sheet. When they are frozen in shape, I put them in a gallon ziplock freezer bag for use later. Since they will be cooked anyway, they are fine for poppers from the freezer during the pepper off season.
