Paying a Gas Bill

I don't know why I need to pay this bill but I have a credit on this other one. It seems reasonable that you would pay one from the other.
We aren't allowed to transfer one account to another.

If my husband dies, will I have to keep one account in his name in order to have two tanks?
No. But you'll have two accounts in your name and nothing will transfer between the two accounts.
