I received an order for the gift shop. Some of the magnets fell off the hummingbirds and butterflies. I called the company and the lady said I could glue them back on. I agreed that I could but pointed out I hadn't intentionally ordered a do-it-yourself kit.
She laughed, agreed, and deducted the cost of the defective items from my bill. She said I can glue the magnets back on and sell them at a reduced price. That works.
